Contract Formation

• All contracts commence upon written agreement between both parties
• Terms become binding upon project initiation or payment receipt
• Modifications require written agreement from both parties

Confidentiality

• Client agrees to maintain confidentiality of project details
• Non-disclosure obligations extend 24 months post-completion
• Proprietary information and methodologies are protected

Data Security

• Project data stored using industry-standard encryption
• Access restricted to authorized personnel only
• Regular backups performed for data integrity

Data Retention

Data retention follows applicable regulatory requirements and client agreements. Project files are maintained according to specified retention periods.

Payment Structure

• All payments are non-refundable upon project completion
• Refunds available only for incomplete projects
• Deposits required as specified in project agreements

Incomplete Projects

• Work completed billed against initial deposit
• Non-deposited projects billed at hourly rate
• Remaining balance invoiced after deposit depletion

Deliverables

All deliverables will be released only upon receipt of full payment. Partial deliverables may be provided based on payment milestones.
